1. Who we are
Beat Circle is operated by Noslak, a software company in Nigeria (noslak.co). In these Terms, “Beat Circle”, “we” and “us” mean Noslak operating Beat Circle.
2. Acceptance
By using Beat Circle you agree to these Terms and confirm you are at least 13 years old.
3. Artist accounts
Artists confirm they own the rights to all uploaded content, grant a non-exclusive streaming licence and retain 100% ownership of their music.
4. Founding Artist programme
Acceptance is at Beat Circle’s sole discretion. Perks are subject to change and will be communicated by email.
5. Content standards
We may remove content that infringes intellectual property rights, contains unlabelled explicit material, promotes violence or constitutes spam.
6. Payments and payouts
A standard 10% platform fee applies to fan economy transactions (waived to 0% for the first 12 months for the Founding 500). Payouts are weekly with a ₦1,000 minimum. We are not responsible for processor delays.
7. Subscriptions
Monthly billing. Cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period. No partial refunds.
8. Discovery 10 voting
Discovery 10 is an editorial feature, not a competition. Each verified email may vote once per week. Votes that look automated or manipulated are removed and the removal is recorded.
9. Prohibited activities
No reverse engineering, automated scraping, metric manipulation, impersonation or malware uploads.
10. Governing law
Governed by Nigerian law. Disputes are settled by arbitration in Lagos.
