1. Who we are
Beat Circle is a music discovery and creator platform operated by Noslak, a software company in Nigeria (noslak.co).
2. Information we collect
Email, name, stage name, genre, country, music links, device information, listening history and usage patterns. To keep Discovery 10 voting fair we also record a device identifier and network address with each vote, so each person votes once. Payments are processed by Paystack or Flutterwave. We never store card numbers.
3. How we use your information
To operate Beat Circle, personalise discovery, process payments, send updates (you can opt out at any time) and detect fraud.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers under strict confidentiality obligations, or as required by Nigerian law. Our error-monitoring provider (Sentry) receives technical error reports that describe what broke, never who you are.
5. Security
HTTPS/TLS encryption, access controls and regular audits. We comply with Nigeria’s NDPA, GDPR principles and South Africa’s POPIA.
6. Your rights
